Simulacrum Enemy Bug

During the 7th wave of simulacrum an enemy Spite got bugged and cannot be seen or damaged it is stuck in a pile of hay I only know it's there due to the name plate appearing above it when I hovered over it. since the mob can't be hit or killed the wave doesn't end.
