Poe2 - last patch

Hi, choir of the storms amulet is not gaining energy for cast on critical?
Is this another nerf for already totaly destroyed sorc class?

Is there any logic for doing so?
Already lost like 80% of regular players and now ur nerfng a last straw for the sorc class.
It is better just to delete that class and make everyone play huntress.

Im a part of comunity of 89 players and it is only 2 of us playing ur game and both are sorc, people invest their time to build character and one press of a button u destroy it.

Why? Why are u pushing us back from ur game?
I dont want to play as huntres, and never will.
