No Divination orbs for 0.1 characters

With patch 0.2g (or the one before that), Divination orbs stopped dropping for characters made before Dawn of the Hunt league. I have posted on this before and no action has been taken. Will this be corrected? Will future leagues result in similar neglect for previous league characters?

Any constructive response would be welcome.
