Early Access Bug Reports - Guiding palm not working? - Forum

Hi, im not sure if im mistaken the item or if i didnt understand the new 0.2.1 patch note, but I rerolled a div on my Guiding Palm and did not get the new mods. Anyone can shed some light? None of these changes affect existing versions of these items other than the flat damage changes, which can be updated using a Divine Orb: To break it down...
