Instant death from elemental dmg

Level 89 Lich:
Resistances: Fire, Cold, lightning: 75%
Chaos Inoculation passive skill selected.

Starting yesterday afternoon, my character is instantly killed by contacting ANY elemental damage. If I step on burning ground I die instantly. This is happening the exact same way whether I'm playing a tier 1 map or a tier 15. My energy shield doesn't dip down or fluctuate - my energy shield is immediately completely destroyed by the smallest bit of elemental damage on a tier 1 or tier 15 map.

I'm using one uniques: Nightscale Pauascale Gloves

Yesterday morning I was cruising through tier 13 - tier 15 maps without issue, but later in the day something went horribly wrong.

I can actually second this. I happen to be a lich too. I dont have the resistances you have but i was doing fine in maps and then after patch, I die in one hit. I just play more safe but seems strange.
