New supporter packs not being in PoE2 when launched is disappointing.

I bought the Cryptkeeper supporter pack last night since in the livestream Mark said it would be "made available" in PoE2. I didn't realize that meant they'd be made available at some indeterminable amount of time in the future rather than now. I'm okay with waiting for the many mtx I already own to be ported over, but when it comes to this new stuff, I felt the way this was handled was misleading. Now I don't know how long I'm going to be waiting for the content of those packs after shelling out 90 bucks. A week? A month? Another 6 months? If it isn't possible to have this stuff ready to go in both games when it drops, at least be more transparent about that fact and about timelines.

+1. I logged into PoE2 and checked the shop, so I didn't make that mistake. But that's too many extra steps. I think part of the problem is that when you look at the shop here, it doesn't say which MTX are supported in both games. A red message like "Not yet supported in PoE2" or a green "Supported in both PoE1 and PoE2" would help.

I'm considering requesting a refund from support. But ultimately, I know these are items I'll want in PoE2 once they are available.

GGG, you have to do better with these types of business operation decisions / oversights. Too frequently it is apparent that mistakes like this would not have been made by Chris - or at least it feels that way.

It's understood that the back-porting of old PoE1 MTX will take time (we're not happy about it, but we have accepted the communication & rationale given). All new MTX should be immediately supported in both games. The fact that this is not already a requirement of all new MTX sales is precisely what makes this situation so galling.

The only way to check if new MTX is working in POE2, is looking directly from the game.
