Unable to equip the earthquake skill to me bar.

After the update I havent been able to get any earthquake skill to my bar, regardless of having the prereqs. I have refunded all passives and have nothing equipped but a mace. If i cut a new lvl 1 gem I can get it to appear on the bar after equipped, but once i take a portal its gone from the bar, and the skills page doesnt register earthquake as a skill or equipped. Every other skill works perfectly. Help please!

I am also having this issue, checked all setting's and requisites for character, everything is as it should, even weapon sets. skill gem is not blacked out in skill management, but cannot be assigned to any key. it's a lvl 19 spearfield with 5 sockets...used my last perfect to make another gem, same issue persists. Tried the Reddit T/S, still not working.

I eventually jsut swapped mine. I think it mightve been a green quest item original skill gem thats character specific? wasted a bunch of 5links and vaals to get that one, oh well.
