Going from Psn to PC

Hello,
I just wondered whether you are able to help me, i have played poe 1 for years and poe 2 as well. I have paid quite a bit for stash tabs and other stuff on my ps account. Will i be able to transfer what i have from ps account to the one i created here? I have tried logging on from Ps account on pc but there is no luck with that at all. Any help would be appreciated.
