Severe Server Issues Causing Progress Loss and Crashes in new patch 0.2.1

Summary:
Experiencing significant server-related issues while playing, including:

-Extremely slow movement of items in and out of the stash and guild stash

-Frequent disconnects resulting in lost map portals and progress

-Repeated experience loss upon reconnecting, sometimes rolling back by an entire level

-Recent disconnect resulted in a full crash to desktop

Details:
This has been occurring on a newer character (~level 60), so I'm leveling quickly, but the experience rollbacks have been particularly frustrating. It feels like progress is not being saved properly when disconnects happen. The most recent incident caused a full game crash.
