Bug with Svalinn and Raise shield

The raise shield and the Svalinn shield is actually bugged, the skill bind is not being save, you have to re-bind each time you start a new map or so.

Please fix!! sometime if you forgot to re-bind you can die because of shield block is not active.

Same issue is also happening with the new unique Adonia's. :(

I suspect every unique with two skills has this bug.
