Account deleted

My two merge accounts were deleted by Support. I’ve been having this issue since December 2024 we’re all I wanted to do was transfer my twitch rewards that were on one account to my main account that has my founders pack on it. That’s literally all I wanted to do. finally got an email about last week saying that they were going to have to delete one account to do this. then yesterday I get an email pretty much saying that they had deleted all my account. Within that email, it’s gave me a link to link my PlayStation account but the thing is I don’t have an account at all now only thing I could do was making a new account which I’m on right now. I am so confused on what’s going on? I am begging for somebody on here from Support to contact me before I totally lose everything. It takes support sometimes months they told me I only have 10 days before everything on my account will be deleted. I feel like the email I first got could’ve better explain things than just saying that hey we deleted everything and goodbye. And yes, Support I know that you can’t help me in this post right here, but please I am begging you to reach out to me immediately. I have paid over. $150 for this game and now I can’t do anything.

I understand what you’re saying but also look what I’m also saying too. I’ve been having the merge account issue since December 2024. The last email that I got from your Support who did not explain things the best way told me in 10 days my account that have everything that I have paid for will be deleted. It takes you several months to even get a reply from y’all so it’s a possibility I might lose everything at this point when all I wanted to do was just merge some items together. $150 I have spent to Support this game and company. I totally get the shower overwhelmed but again it’s been since December 2024.
