Not Receiving Twitch Drop [Skull of Undeath]

i have claim the item in twitch but i have not received them in game
i also have tried relinking the connections between poe and twitch but does seem to be working.

Having the same issue -- I have claimed it on twitch, but I don't see it the my-account/microtransactions page.

My accounts are linked, and I have received other twitch drops in the past.

Reached out to support and they recommending unlinking and re-linking my twitch and Path of Exile accounts, which appears to have fixed the issue

i have check the microtransactions. it says i have the item in the transaction, but when i check in my stash its not there.

I also havent received while watching the stream from start till around 11:30 pm and had to go to sleep (unfortunate the stream started that late this time)
Have relinked my twitch to poe, checked the micropage but havent get anything, it wasnt even shown in twitch that i could claim it and i probably have any drop that could be received in the last years
