I did see it on the video too, but its not in the patch notes. Hopefully we will get some info soon

All new skill versions from the league mechanic seems to have "of trarthus" suffix. This one should be a transfigured skill then. But if it isn't in the patch notes, it's probably not intended for players.
You can guess it summons less zombies (maybe even 1), but they are bigger and stronger. And raising zombies limit instead power ups them. |

I am betting it is "You can only have 1 Zombie summoned"
But it will be a bigun' ;) ~ Please separate the PoE1 and PoE2 forums.
