Omen of Amelioration not working in maps

I have notice that with my level 89 wen i use a omen of Amelioration wen its on i get kilt the omen not works loosing 10 % instead of 2 this happend more and more working hard for that 10 % and then to loose it in a one shot is realy making me quit playing it must be a bug my friends have had the same problem

It can only work once per map, was that the problem ?

Thanks for the anser no the problem is that it sometimes not works you die one shot and still loose 10 % it bypass the omen

After the crashes and still having this problem with the omen playing is realy hard and no fun after level 85 87 the game dies very fast its just not fun and a wast of time if the severs and omens not work as the should.its a beta but with all your problems why the 10% its making mapping suck.hope it gets fixts soon.i wanna have fun not frustratie
