Spell Echo and lightning bolt from Choir of the storms not compatible after the 2.1 patch.

This is exactly as it sounds from the title. When loading into the game I was upgrading gems and what not. While doing this the spell echo was greyed out in the lightning bolt (it was slotted fine prior to the patch}. I took it out and now it wont allow it to be placed back in. Unsure if this was intentional or not but it was not part of the patch notes. Additionally, I would imagine this isn't intentional because they just said no to mid league nerfs.

P.S. I have asked multiple people in global chat and they have the same issue. Unsure what the point of playing is if my character can get nerfed at any point during a league.

As far as I can tell, Spell Echo and Unleash shouldn't have been able to support it before. Unleash since 0.1, and Spell Echo since 0.2 when the support gem added the line about not working with Triggered skills.

Triggered spells generally refers to spells slotted into things such as Cast on Crit. The Lightning Bolt spell from Choir of the Storm doesn't benefit from nodes on the passive tree that increase triggered spell damage, so it doesn't seem to be classified as one.
