Decreased crit chance after 0.2.1

I had 79% crit chance before the patch. Just after the patch, noticining a real decrease in damage fighting a map boss, I notice my crit chance dropped to 61% WTHHHHH! No gear chance, no passive chance. No change at all. This make my build crap. What's happening GGG?

Found out that the decreased crit was being caused by Longshot gem.... Is this intended?
