Logging out after patch and map fail / items reappearing in inventory

Dumped items, game crashed, reloggewd and the items are back in inventory couple minutes later, popped open a map, the game crashed, then when i relogged it says map attempted and the modifiers are gone Last bumped on Jun 5, 2025, 11:16:33 PM
