Zarokh missing - Unique relic drops

Unclear if this is intended or not.
Running Ilvl80 Sekhema with Desperate Alliance. had 39% increased relic drop chance along with 30% boon and got none of the Relics Zarokh can drop. Is it intended to remove relic drop with Desperate Alliance or is this a new 2.1 bug? Last bumped on Jun 5, 2025, 10:21:16 PM
