Skull of Undeath no drop

I have linked accout on twitch, i got earlier skins but now looks like watchtime is not working, i am watching connected stream but i dont have progress bar. I re linked accout but this didnt help, any ideas?

I've POE2, claimed the drop from twitch and the account is linked already. Should the skin only available for POE1 or also works for POE2?
