Xsolla is annoying as fuck

I cant properly buy anything in POE.
Every time they just go and decline the payment. I have to manually get a support worker that approves it. By now i did that 4 times.

Now when i was trying to buy sth. the support worker just told me change email to sth thats common like gmail. (its linked to my paypal i cant change it) or use amazon pay which i cant even do cause in dont own a credit card. And now they dont answer me anymore. I cant buy anything.

Thanks for the answer. Changing the email linked to the Path of Exile Account does work. So having a custom email, you pay extra for throws Xsolla off and they dont let it through. Which is nuts.

Same problem here: impossible to pay via Xsolla, whether through PayPal or directly with a credit card.
Error 1092 because my PoE account email address is a private domain and not Gmail, Hotmail, etc.
The stupidest thing is that I also have an account with Xsolla where my credit card is associated with the same email...

Have you tried buying supporter packs via steam?

(Launch poe 1 on steam -> login with any character -> M -> klick on supporter packs in the shop -> purchase -> payment method is steam wallet )

Had the same issue, seems to be from custom domain, which makes sense to noone. Used the steam workaround, but so annoying.

I bought the pack via steam for PoE2. Filled out everything for the shipping of the shirt, and it never took the shipping. So now I can never get my shirt because they want me to pay for shipping via Xsolla, and Xsolla is complete trash. Oh well.
