Received wrong MTX?

Just claimed the Twitch reward for the live stream. I was expecting to receive the "Skull of Undeath" and I have received Igneous Emperor Boots.
This microtransaction is under the "Just Received" Section. And was not there prior to the start of the stream. Update: I do have the helmet, it just was not under the "Just received section". I'm happy to do so, but this seems like a bug. Since now its showing an Item I know I have had as "Just received"
