Vendor Audio On/Off

This is not a pressing matter at all. I'm sure there a million other things you could be doing but as someone who creates a lot of new characters it would be life changing to PLEASE turn off vendor dialogue. I want to rip my ears off and sometimes will go to sleep hearing "I'll tell your tale!". I have no idea how much effort this would take but fucking please give thought to the idea of thinking about this.
