Frenzy charges ****Working now***

I'm playing a level 75 blood mage, and since yesterday, I haven't been getting any frenzy charges at all with Lightning Spear. I've tested for 10 minutes and didn't manage to get a single charge. I have tried both with "Kitoko's Current" and support gems "Electrocute" and "Neural Overload".

What are you doing that is supposed to be generating frenzy charges? None of the things you listed do by default.

They were probably using Combat Frenzy originally.
