Beyond terrible support

I started playing poe at the xbox.

With the launch on the path of exile 2 I bought the early access at December on steam.

Linked both accounts to discover that you don't actually link the accounts, you just play with them under the same login.

Opened a ticket at the support to ask for a transfer of the coins to the xbox account since is the main one where I have all my tabs.

Today the support finally moved the coins with an extra bonus.

They deleted my steam account from the link and now I cant play the game anymore.

How long will this issue takes to resolve now?

7 months again?

this is beyond bad support.

It looks like your account should have access to Path of Exile 2. If you don't have your account linked to Steam, you should be able to use the stand-alone client.

If you'd like to link your account to Steam, you can do this from the manage account page found here.

I already had my account linked.

And the problem is exactly that the support took me 7 months to resolve an issue, but this issue in particular dont let me play the game at all. how long will the support take to address their own mistake more 7 months? this is beyong terrible
