Help and Information - Still didn't get a response from support - Forum

Almost a month ago I've sent a request for support about Sandwratith Support pack and still didn't get any valid response. Only default " Could you please provide us with your Path of Exile account name with the discriminator and 2-3 characters on your account? Is there any prediction about waiting time?
