PoE 2 Atlas Graphic Glitch BUG

Since 0.2.0h I noticed some graphical glitches on my World Atlas View.
I use a 9070XT with latest Graphics Card Driver (AMD 25.5.1).
The glitches intensify while Mouse Button 1 (left) is pressed and are occuring more when using FSR (FSR 4 via AMD Experience). I made a video showing the glitches and I am willing to provide more information or showcase if needed.
I can reproduce the problem 100% of time.
Other Games or even in other scenarios of PoE 2 this BUG is not showing only in World Atlas View.

I'm having the same issue. I'm on 5070ti though.
Tried every setting i can think of. My fps is rock solid and rest of game is fine.

I fixed my issue by disabling Nvidia overlay.
