Help getting to be able to log in.

Hello, I have moved a few times in the past couple years now my account is locked because I was trying to login from a new ip and I have not been able to get the assistance required to be able to login. I have access to my email, I know my password everything. The last time I spoke to them they said the only thing they could do was unlock the account so anyone could login anywhere. I didnt want to do that at the time, but I think I might just have to let them do that if no one here can help.

Im not sure if I am unable to receive email from you guys all the time. Because I have had communications for quite a while. Its an yahoo email address.
I just checked my email and This was there lets hope it works if not ill email them back. APR 30th Thanks for your patience. I've gone ahead and manually sent your Unlock Code to you now.
