Error in 'Swift Affliction' Tooltip

Swift Affliction Support tooltip has 2 lines that read:
Supported Skills deal 30% more non-Ailment Damage over Time
20% less Duration of Supported Skills and Damaging Ailments they inflict

1. These are conflicting statements, as the first line reads specifically non-ailment damage is increased but the second line includes damaging ailments for the less duration
2. The support gem DOES appear to reduce the duration of damaging ailments, such as poison that I tested with, but it does not update the poison duration in the skill's detailed tooltip.
