Account Management says I have no Early Access to POE2.

I'm confused here.

I had been playing on POE2 since first early access in Dec'24, and played for both leagues.

Today, I was trying to review my account on this webpage, but when I login, connected to my Playstation Account, I can see most of my details.

I do not see any of my characters details, BUT, I have the option to rename them which only in that option are my characters' names appearing.

I can see all my past transactions.

Tried Account Management, but is greeted by this message: Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Bribe a friend who has a spare key or purchase now.

So... is my account actually being recognized?

Hi! Could you please contact us at support@grindinggear.com and we'll be able to provide you with some additional information.
I had tried contacting GGG Support Team since 2nd June. No one had responded yet. So far. So how do I do it so someone can response?

Please note that you need to email us at the mentioned address.
Already sent 2 separated messages to the address you mentioned.
None had been responded by any of GGG team so far.
Same here. I bought the $100 pack on Steam and then learned of the $480 pack on the website. I refunded the Steam purchase and bought the pack from the website. Played for a month and stopped. Tried to go back this week and it says I have no access. I have 3300 in game credits and a list of characters. Just no access.

Tried explaining to the customer support rep and they are just a broken record. I have shown them my Steam purchase history, credit card receipts, account screenshots, etc.

Nope, nothing. They don't care. They just want me to buy another key. Including the extra key I bought for a friend I have given GGG about $550 in support. This is how I am treated.

I will be posting the customer service interaction later today. This person(s) reading the email don't seem to understand the situation.

They keep referencing the refund of the $100 pack which was never used and ignoring the fact that I bought the $480 pack.

Hey there, staticblue! If you've refunded your first Early Access purchase, then the access granted to your account from that purchase would have been revoked. You would need to purchase access again, or use one of your Early Access keys you obtained from the higher-tier pack, in order to play during the Early Access again. I hope this clarifies things!
