Obelisk of Rust Causing Driver Crash

It seems the obelisk of rust towers in the campaign cause a driver hang on the AMD RX 7900XTX running Driver Version 25.10.10-250514a-415777C-AMD-Software-PRO-Edition consistently and has been since dawn of the hunt dropped.

Just to make sure we are on the same page, when an obelisk comes onto screen it initially causes the game to freeze for a few seconds, then the gear icon appears, then the game comes back with a cleared map. Like the only exposed terrain on the map is the immediate circle around me, everything else is black, similar to when you first enter a map. This issue also takes place when you activate an obelisk. It might have something to do with the animations that take place on the tower.
