Intel I7 14700KF drops to windows constantly

Running an Intel I7 14700KF and it kicks me to windows randomly so much that it is unplayable. My current fix is to run project lassoo and setting cpu affinity to run e-cores only, with that done i dont drop ever. Is there any fix's incoming? Or i am seriously boned by having an intel machine?

drop the frequency of your cpu as it may help
but intel cpus could crack and be highly unstable
