Ogham Farmlands - Add Pumpkin Head Optional Boss

During Act 1 campaign, when exploring the pumpkin fields of Ogham Farmlands, I thought it would be fun to encounter a "Pumpkin Head" optional boss as this zone is missing a boss anyways. Thoughts?

The optional boss there should be a farmer with a shotgun who shouts 'GET ORF MY LAND'
