Question

Does "X%" physical damage prefix, OR "X%" increased elemental damage only apply to weapon damage, or your general damage?

For example, if a weapon does not have any specific elemental damage on it, is the "increased elemetal dmg" any good?

I noticed that (at least for the physical dmg), it only applies to the weapon, but I`m not sure. If it`s true, it`s kinda stupid.
