Act 1 King in the Mists Bug

Forgot to do this quest and went back to finish it after the end of the campaign and the map is bugged, Altars won't "cleanse" and I can't get the last 30 spirit which breaks my endgame build..

Can't portal near the boss fight loc, game thinks boss fight is still active, it's stuck this way. I believe I killed the boss too fast perhaps. Please help thanks.

On world map it says I have not completed the boss yet.
