Unable to Access Character – “Error: failed to join any instances”

Hi,

I’m currently unable to access one of my characters. Every time I try to log in, I receive the following error:
“Error: failed to join any instances.”

It looks like the character is stuck in a Twisted Domain map that has already been completed. Since that instance no longer exists, I can’t log in or move the character.

Is there any way to unstuck the character and return it to the hideout? I’d really appreciate your help.
