Unable to Socket Some Support Gems into Blink Skill

I want to socket the Ingenuity and Second Wind support gems into my Blink skill, but it won't let me. It's as if the gems are incompatible with the skill. I'm not already using these gems on other skills and I should have enough stats to socket them too, especially since it lets me socket them into other skills.

It also shows an X for Blink when I highlight the support gems.

They don't show up as options for Blink when I try to create a new support gem either.

I am able to socket a Clarity gem into Blink.

I tried a few ideas to fix it, such as relogging, but it didn't work.

I switched from console controller to mouse & keyboard, and that let me socket them.

I then switched back to console controller, and it still works. Here is a screenshot showing the gems socketed, while at the same time saying they cannot be socketed.
