Trial of Sekhema bug poe2

My friend and I experienced a bug on the second boss floor of Escape Trial, we believe we were going on from the 3rd to the 4th trial.

we had enough honor and enough time, and yet were declared dead or fail when were half way through the trial.

we were left dumb founded.
