I took a waypoint from town to athe manor remparts in act 1 on cruel. I uqv3 restarted my game and system many times. I even took a 3 hour break. I am forever stuck loading into the manor ramparts.

I was able to get out of it by using muliplayer to force a warp reset back to town with new character
