The loading screen is frozen.

Hi GGG Support,

I’m playing Path of Exile on Xbox Series X. After I died in the Chimeral Wetlands, the game has been stuck on the loading screen whenever I try to log in with that character.

I already tried restarting both the game and the console, and I also changed the server region, but nothing has helped so far.

Could you please help me resolve this issue or move my character back to town?

Xbox Series X also. I have the exact same issue. been over 24 hours.

Found a way to fix this:



"I have solved the problem with a workaround. I plugged in a second controller, logged in as a "Guest" account and created a new character. So one controller was set as my main character, and the other as creating a new character. After creating a character quickly, my main character was automatically brought to the beginning of the game. I did have to go through the first area on my main character, but at least this works as a temporary fix."
