Need REAL HUMAN help for my account issues with changing email

Please no bot answers but a real human that can sit here, contacting support has been utterly useless and frustrating and im not getting anything other than Bot replies. I have a lot of ways to verify I am the owner of this account and im even open to having a phone call or discord whatever just to verify. Just asking for a real person that will have a conversation with me thanks a lot.

I tried to change my email address as well, however the website form seems unresponsive, I'm not receiving any confirmation code on my mailbox.
I've contacted the support, but it they are requesting random things from two years ago when I was playing, it has been 9 mails and I still can't start the game... All of that while I still have access to my old mail address and to the account, I just can't receive their verification code probably because of backend bug. I don't really get what's going on. |
