Chaos Innoculation causes Stun bar to no longer change

Hi,

I just found out that CI stops the stun bar from being changed. This means that if I select CI when stun bar is at 0, then I can block indefintely. If I Enable Ci when the bar is filled, then I am constantly getting stunned.

Please fix this so I can use energy barrier properly.

The first half was me looking for mobs to fight, but you can see that stun bar fills up once i find a pack. Then when its full, I selected CI, then the stun bar never drains. I spun in circle to show its not paused.
