Challenges - Chaotic Creations - Rogue Equipment: Does not complete from Gear and Cloaks [not a bug]

Tried Chaos Orb on a Rough Sharpening Stone (Gear), nothing happened.
Then tried Chaos on a Torn Cloak, nothing happened. Then tried Chaos on a Brooch, got completion. Did not get to try on Tools, left it for last expecting it to work. Thought Brooches would be bugged like Gear and Cloaks. All these items' hover text say they are to be equipped on Rogues, ergo are Rogue Equipment. Ah you are right. Not a bug.
Mods can move this thread to Feedback. ilvl-based Challenges like this are extremely tedious and uninteresting. Challenges like this can exist, just don't restrict it by ilvl, and consider it to be an easier bracket Challenge. Or require more of them, like 6/7 Chaotic Creations in this case.
