Spirit Calculation Issue

I have 100 Spirit. I have a Cast on Critical gem with 20% quality reserving 90 of that Spirit. When I add Clarity to Temporal Rift, it reserves the last 10 Spirit but disables Temporal Rift as though I don't have enough Spirit. If I change gear to give myself over 100 Spirit, everything works as expected (including only reserving 100 of my Spirit).

It's an issue that affects both Demon Form and Temporal Rift.

Adding support gems that increase Spirit reservation for these abilities add reservation for both enabling the skill (Temporal Rift creating afterimages) and for activating the skill (Temporal Rift returning you to the oldest afterimage).
