Can't finish Fetid Pool

Hello, there is 1 monster left in The Fetid Pool and I can't damage or kill it...

"No need to delete your character. You can leave the area and CTRL + Click on the zone entrance to start a new instance of that zone and hope you got good RNG. The problem with is zone and not being able to clear it is likely attributed to the league mechanic and has been reported quite a few times where the mechanic interferes with many zones.
