Oasis bugged

I'm in the Oasis instance and i've fought all the rares and the map boss and have defeated him. I still have an expedition left and 5 breaches in the map but the barrier for the boss fight will not go down even though I have beat him. I've tried teleporting out to my hideout and going back in. Waypointing to another Act. The barrier will not go down for me to do the extras. Help?
