Bug in PoE 2 : Act 3 (past/present and act 1 cruel)

I have found out on the internet that there might appear a bug sometimes during the end of act 3 / beginning of act 1 cruel and it happened to me. I am stuck in present act 3 and when taking the portal instead of going to the past act 3, I end up in act 1 cruel. I currently still have a 'Sacrificial heart' in my inventory which is a quest that is supposed to give weapon skillpoints but the quest is completed in past act 3. That means that when I am in the city of act 3 present, I am stuck there without being able to back into the past and even the waypoint of the act 3 city is disabled, meaning i have to manually walk from 'future' act 3 to another waypoint on another map to then be able to travel.
