Cannot buy any pack

Hi, I cannot buy any pack.
Always "Payment failed".
(Since about 1 or 2 months.)
I would like to ask: nobody else is having such a trouble?
(Plain Mastercard transaction.)

I also can not buy any packs to gain early access via steam. this is pretty frustrating considering this was gonna be my weekend thing

On June 2, I tried again buing a pack. Failed again.
I noticed a small black cat-ish icon on the popup window (bottom right),
clicked on it, and clicked on "direct chat".
A chat window popped up. I entered "Payment failed, transaction #####, please help". Then a guy - presumably from Xsolla - answered.

For background, I can say that I have a bank account in a small bank in EU. I use it for online purchases, via a Mastercard card, and (for security) I keep only a small part of my money on it. I do shopping not very often. I like safety and privacy. I use a german email provider (so not hotmail or gmail or such very common providers), and the email address does not contain my real name (nor a fictious civil name like John Smith).
I am innocent, I did not robbed anything, did not steal anybody else's money.

The guy had found the transaction, and said that yes, it was Xsolla (some very intelligent and recently deployed or upgraded software, algorithm, from Xsolla) who disabled my card. (Disabled my opportunity to by things, maybe on any Xsolla-sipervised site or at least on the pathofexile site, this did not turned out.)
That algorithm found my email address somewhat suspicious. (Somewhat unusual, and so suspicious.) And it was enough reason to disable ("for safety") my card (or pathofexile account, regarding purchasing).
But do not panic, he (the guy) is ready to tune (teach?) that algorithm, so that itt will allow accounts like mine - all I have to do is to now log in into my netbank site, search/list the transactions in the past regarding Xsolla, make a screenshot, possibly editing a bit (only a bit) clearing some personal info, then send that png him (chat box, attach icon).

I was not happy, I do not like violence, I do not like to be forced to do such thing. (I do not understand, why only that picture identifies me and nothing else.) But finally I did.

The guy enabled my card (purchasing ability), and I was able to buy some packs (points) after that.

I hope that Xsolla will delete that screenshot, and will not use for nasty things (like making a fake netbank interface..).

I think it would be a good thing if GGG would NOT give exclusive payment supervisory ringht to Xsolla. If a user cannot buy packs via X provider, then can always try another, Y provider.

I have mentioned that screenshot-taking to my bank also. My bank (essentially) asked me to not take screenshots. Screenshotting netbank interfaces is a very uncommon thing (they never heared of). I have tried to explain that I was forced..
