Simulacrum Splinters sent to Fragments instead of Deli

Bug: When Ctrl+ clicking simulacrum splinters from inventory into stash tab, the "Fragments" affinity (which is set to a premium tab currently for myself) overrides the "Delirium" affinity in the Delirium Stash tab.

Expected behavior: Simulacrum splinters will prioritize the Delirium stash tab over fragments if both exist.
