Fix the server lag

Dying all the time because of the lag is no fun.
Again lost
- A great spot
- My best lvl 16 waystone
- 10% XP

Loosing 10% XP as high level because of the constantly weak servers is no fun. At least make it so, that the XP loss scales with the level. For example 2% at lvl 90. And FIX the servers. They are running bad since months.
