Great game, Trash Support

Great game, Trash Support.

Things went missing from my stash (Bug?) and they cant tell me what happend thats why the support is trash i guarantee that thay can they just dont care have writted to them like 5 times writing my problem and explaining i got video evidance of the whole thing but they dont even ask me to submit my video anywhere to atleast try and figure it out.

So what happend?

I was recoring a youtube video while playing and had a trade sold something for just 45 divines not alot but something for me now i placed the items in my currency tab, i was trying to save to 60 divs to buy a new wand, i play a few more hours and then go back into the stash to try and take out 51 divs to buy that wand, the 45 from the earlier trade plus the 6 i already had, now there where only 6 divs in my currency tab, so i went to my OBS to check if i maby did something wrong or even misplaced them my recoring clearly shows the 51 divs in the recording, so what happend? idk cant be a rollback becouse then i would have gotten back the item i sold. So no idea what happend, no help along the way to figure it out. Kinda makes me want to quit the game tbh working and griding and then either some bug or i got scamed that i can handle but they should atleast tell me what happend with my currency since i have all this recorded even the mails between me and the support. Atleast i got a yt video out of it just not the one i wanted to make.

I feel you. support is really terrible.

I haven't been able to play this game for a whole month because my character got stuck and I can't log in. Even though I contacted support, I haven't received any response, and they haven't provided any solution either. I just can't understand why the users seem to be making more effort than the support team.
